A friend of mine sent me this poem by a Budhist monk. In its simplicity, it sends us a welcome message:
If you can solve your problem
Then what is the need of worrying?
If you cannot solve it,
Then what is the use of worrying?
Taking the time to focus on the present helps us see things in perspective, helps us remove ourselves from worry and understand with clarity that which we control NOW.
And its all about controllables.
